Our items by and far are generally not resalable once they are returned to us so we have a very limited reasons for accepting materials for return:
Wrong product received.
Audio or video product defective.
Printed materials have printing defects.
If you decide that you simply do not want the item then it must follow these:
Be returned in original condition, no parks, highlighted, ripped folded or torn pages.
You pay the cost of return shipping.
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
NO REFUNDS WITHOUT AN RMA!
You must use one of the contact methods listed below to contact us to receive an RMA number before you ship anything back to us. Should anything be received without an RMA number clearly marked on the outside packaging then it will be returned to sender unopened.
Any and all damages incurred during shipment is the responsibility of the shipping agent and the customer. If you receive something that was damaged in transit then you must file a claim with the shipping agent. All materials are shipped in sound packaging so any damages you notice when your materials arrive have been caused by the shipping agent.
